Hi! I’m Amy, owner and photographer at Photography by A.J. Crumley. I specialize in newborn, maternity, and childhood photography in Harbor Country, { Three Oaks, Michigan }. For over 15 years, I’ve had the joy of capturing babies and children through every stage — from those first newborn days through toddlerhood and beyond.

My cozy studio, located just outside of Three Oaks, is designed to create a warm, relaxed, and stress-free experience for both parents and little ones. Every session is laid back and baby-led, allowing plenty of time for feeding, cuddles, diaper changes, and soothing breaks when needed. I never rush newborn sessions — your baby’s comfort and safety always come first, with gentle, natural posing throughout the session.

For babies and toddlers, I take things slowly and allow them time to warm up and feel comfortable in the space. Over the years, I’ve learned how to quickly make friends with little ones and turn sessions into a fun, playful experience that captures genuine smiles and sweet moments naturally.

For maternity sessions and the toddler years, we can also take your session outdoors and on location. With my studio located in the heart of Harbor Country, I have access to some of the most beautiful nature preserves, beaches, fields, and urban settings Southwest Michigan/ Northwest Indiana has to offer. Whether you envision soft beach sunsets, bright blue beach sunrises, wooded trails, open fields, or charming downtown scenery, we can create a session that feels natural, relaxed, and uniquely yours.
