Hi, I'm Amy
With 10+ years experience as a professional SW Michigan newborn and family photographer, I have worked with babies, children and families of all ages and sizes, telling each very special story through portraits.
I grew up in SW Michigan and reside in Three Oaks, MI. with my husband. I have two grown children a couple of crazy grand dogs. We love to travel and equally love coming home to this little spot in the SW corner of Michigan we are so lucky to call home. From the beaches to vineyard's and all the great restaurant's it many times can feel like vacation just living here. Yep, I kind of love it here!
I truly believe photos shouldn't be just made of paper and ink or pixels. They are memories frozen in time~
These moments represent a precious milestone happening in your lives and lives of your loved ones. No matter if its for your family portrait, maternity, newborn or milestone photo shoots, I will always have you covered.
Equally important is your experience of the day~ My goal is to create an inviting atmosphere in the studio of calm, warmth and safety. When it comes to newborn photography, I understand for many of you this will be the first time you will be leaving your home since having your baby. I also understand that many of you will be very nervous when bring your little ones in, not knowing how it will go.
You are entrusting your most precious gift you will ever be given to me, and my promise to you is that I will handle your baby's as if they are my own. With years of experience with newborn/ baby posing and safety your can be sure your little one is in good hands.
Along with my years of experience as a photographer, I am also a mom and understand that it takes patience when working with our little people and sometimes big people too ** cough cough (dads) lol.
Creating a unique and special experience is just as important to me as the final product. The relationships I have with my clients over the years are truly the biggest reason I love what I do more then anything.
