Maternity sessions are held between 32-36 weeks ( I typically book them between 34-36 weeks)
Newborn sessions are held within 3-14 days (I typically book them between 3-10 days ideally)

Only applies to Maternity Location ONLY sessions: (sessions held at a location other than studio, outdoors). Maternity only~ All Newborn are held in studio or in home. Please list all ideas you may have for locations you would like. If you need suggestions please say you would like some suggestions as well. *

A. Session Fees
Client agrees to pay photographer a retainer at the time of booking to secure their appointment date and time. This is a non-refundable retainer fee that goes toward your session. The balance is due at the time of the session, images will not be edited until final payments are made in full. The session fee covers the time and talent of photographer, basic retouching and creative editing of images, as determined by the photographer, and images (amount depending on session) to be stored through your private gallery.
Any editing requested by client beyond normal lighting and color correction will incur an editing fee if $75 per hour with a one hour minimum.
**Not all sessions come with products as part of the session fee, it is up to you to read what was given at the time of quoting and understand what your session includes (all information is given at time of quoting).

B. Location Costs & Fees
If there are any costs/fees associated with the location the client has chosen for their session, you, the client, will be responsible for those fees. The photographer will not guarantee or arrange payment on any location. Creative fee covers travel within 30 minutes of Three Oaks, MI. Any location outside of these limits will be subject to an additional charge of $.60/mile as part of the agreement.

C. Rescheduling
If an illness or situation prevents a session from taking place, client may reschedule their session at least 24 hours prior to their shoot without penalty. Should client fail to give 24 hours notice, or decide to completely cancel the shoot, the retainer fee is forfeited and will not be refunded or be-able to use towards a reschedule. If a reschedule is allowed, they must hold session within 30 days of canceling or retainer is forfeited and can not be used toward a reschedule. Note, If client is 30 minutes or more late to their session, the session will be considered cancelled and no refund will be given. Additional time will not be given for late arrivals if prior to 30 minutes late. **If client needs to reschedule a second time its up to the photographer if retainer fee can be used for reschedule or if a new one will need to be applied.
Photographer reserves the right to reschedule due to illness, weather, equipment malfunction, or other circumstances beyond their control.
If weather is not ideal and clients decide to go forward with session regardless of condition the photographer will not be held responsible for conditions and no reshoot will be offered without a fee.
Any Baby Collections: If you cancel without a 24 hour notice or do not show up without notifying me for a scheduled session more than twice within the babies year, the photographer has the right to cancel the remainder of the baby collection for the remainder of sessions (year). Any monies already paid will NOT be refunded, nor will the album be made since collection was never finished.All Payments must be paid on time at time of session, if you choose to be a part of a payment plan during any Baby Collections. Non-payment will result in cancelation of the remainder of the baby collection for the rest of the year.

D. Re-shoots / Refunds
Re-shoots are determined at the discretion of the photographer. Re-shoots and refunds will not be given for poor choices of clothing, make-up, hair, uncooperation in behavior in both children and adults or weather related issues and not following the recommendations of the photographer. If weather is not ideal and clients decide to go forward with session regardless of condition, the photographer will not be held responsible for conditions and no reshoot will be offered without a fee.
E. Gallery
Your private gallery will stay live for 30 days after invitation to view email has been sent to your email. All orders must be made by that time. There is a $50 reload/hosting fee if you need additional time.
a) REFUNDS WILL NOT be made for items you accidentally added to your cart or forgot to remove because you changed your mind. Always be sure to review your cart before ordering, you are responsible for payment.
It is your responsibility to provide correct shipping information when ordering prints. If you do not put the correct shipping information in at time of order is not liable for your mistake and will not give refunds.

F. Archive
After twelve (12) months, all images will be purged from photographer’s hard-drive, except as needed for promotional purposes, to be determined by photographer at photographer’s sole discretion. Photographer is not responsible for loss or damage to the digital files due to circumstances beyond photographer’s control.

G. Model Release
I hereby give to Photography by: A.J. Crumley the absolute and irrevocable right and permission with respect to the photographs that he/she has taken of myself and/or my minor child in which he/she may be included with others:
a) To copyright the same in the photographer’s name or any other name that he/she may select;
b) To use, re-use, publish and re-publish the same in whole or in part, separately or in conjunction with other photographs, in any medium now or hereafter known, and for any purpose whatsoever, including (but not by way of limitation) illustration, promotion, advertising and trade, and;
I hereby release and discharge photographer from all and any claims and demands ensuing from or in connection with the use of the photographs, including any and all claims for libel and invasion of privacy.

H. Liability
Photographer is not responsible for any injuries inflicted upon any participating parties. Client(s) will be responsible for their children and for themselves and release photographer from any claims against their person or their business.

I. Copyright & Penalty
Photography by A.J. Crumley retains all copyrights to all images created during client’s session. A print release will be included with digital files to print portraits for personal use up to designated size listed on print release. The print release does not allow publication of your portraits (i.e. entering in contests), selling or altering of your images without the photographer’s written permission. It is illegal to copy, scan, download, print, share, alter, or otherwise steal any image created by Photography by: A.J. Crumley during client’s photo session. This applies to "sneak peek" images, images posted in an online proofing gallery, blog, Facebook, or hard copy images. If client steals images via any method listed above, or any other method, client will be invoiced for the cost of EACH digital image client has stolen, at photographer’s current price per digital file.
Note from photographer: I work very hard to create images that reflect you and your family, while keeping in line with my artistic vision and creativity. I know you will want to share them and include a sneak-peek for that very reason. However, I ask that you simply link back to my blog/website/facebook page instead of right-clicking, saving, and sharing the image via your own page. I hope that you will respect not only my hard work, but the time, money, and dedication that I have put into training and equipment to capture these images for you. Please do not steal them.

J. Session Requests
*No cameras/camcorders/any type of recording device (this includes cell phone cameras) are allowed during the session unless prior arrangement has been made between client and photographer, including a written agreement. The photographer will not continue if there are other cameras or video taping during the session.

*Session starts at the agreed upon time. It is strongly encouraged that client arrives 10 minutes prior to the start of session. This allows for any last-minute feeding, changing, and relaxing before session begins

*All session are booked on Eastern Standard Time.
*All baby collections must be finished by time baby is 18 months.
*HS Senior split sessions must be finished by time of graduation.
