The Newborn experience!

Your experience here at the studio for a Newborn session:


Newborn portraits capture a once in a lifetime memory and feeling that you will cherish forever.  The window of opportunity to capture a true newborn session is a small one, we love having baby in the studio between 3-14 days old to be able to capture a true newborn session.

Many things play a part in the experience of a newborn session, Here at Photography By: A.J. Crumley.


It starts with the pre-consultation about what you want and don’t want for your session, we go over all of my baby collections and choose the best fit for you.


When you come into my home studio, you won’t have to worry about anything.  Everything you need to care for you baby we have in our studio, all you need to do is show up.

Exclusive line of props
We have a beverage/ snack cart for parents and siblings
We have a play area for older siblings who are waiting their turn as well as a selection of Disney movies.
So if you forget something there isn’t a need to worry.


Why is it so important to schedule your newborn session when they are so young?  In 3 weeks from the time of their birth they will have changed so much, you baby will not fit the same way in your arms as they do now.  They are sleeping more early on which helps with the poses we can can put them in because they are still so  squishy and little balls.  It is unfairly fast how it goes by so quickly.  My goal is to stop it for you for just that moment and capture that special time.


I understand that we most likely will be your first outing you go on with your new baby.  You don’t have to worry about a thing we want you to look at this experience as break.  I know what a challenge it can be to get yourself and baby around and come in, I completely understand how exhausted you may be.  We also have a sofa in the shooting studio where parents can relax and even take a nap !  All you have to do is show up with baby and I will take care of the rest.
